3. To apply for a loan approval and / or after Locking a loan, please complete FORM 3 and sign FORMS 2 and 4 and fax or email.

4. Please mail a check for $25 for the credit report made payable to CREDCO. Please mail the check to 24941 Prospect Ave, Los Altos Hills, CA 94022

5. Please give a check to the appraiser at the time of appraisal.

6. Please complete all forms carefully, make sure they are legible. Please ensure all signatures are done with a dark pen.

7. Once a loan is locked please make sure that we receive all documents within 3 days of lock.

8. Please do not staple documents if sending documents to us by courier.

9. For No point and No fee loans, clients pay for the appraisal and credit report upfront, and we credit them back after close of escrow.
