and Fees
The
process of selling your home involves several costs and fees. The
following information is very general. Depending
on the market, some of these items
can be negotiated with the buyer. This list may seem scary, but you
should account for an approximate 3.5% to 7% as you total closing

transfer/conveyance tax (according to

loan fees required by buyer's lender (if
